Change of Mind

If for some reason one feels that the product is not needed anymore, or they would wish to have another item instead, one can begin the return or exchange process using our Change of Mind policy. For this case, the customer has two options:

  • Self-Return: You may return the product to one of our return addresses.
  • Collection Service: We can arrange a pickup, but there is a courier charge depending on the size of the product and your location.

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:

  • Items should be in original form as received.
  • The packaging should not be damaged and should be original.
  • No signs of use, damage, or assembly shall be found.
  • It should be returned with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Living Style 4U aims for the fastest and most efficient processing of refunds possible. Once we have received your return, please allow approximately 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be provided in the same form of payment in which the original purchase was made. Additional time may be added to the process; usually, an additional 3-5 business days by your bank or processor before the credit is reflected in your account.
